Akhila Sasidharan is a Malayalam film actress, TV anchor and a dancer. She became famous after her runners up title in Vodafone Thakadhimi, a Television show screened in popular Malayalam channel Asianet. Followed by her success in the reality show, she got a chance to anchor in Much Star Singer Junior, a music reality show in Asianet.
Akhila made her debut in movies with the film Kaaryasthan in 2010, a film starred Dileep which then became one of the biggest hits of the year. She later appeared in a film Teja Bhai & Family opposite Prithviraj in 2011. Akhila was born on 12 June 1989 in Kozhikode, Kerala.
